IT RESERVATION OF TITLE
The property of the goods belongs to V.B. Srl and will not pass to the customer until the entire price
has been paid.
On the occasion of non-payment, our company will have the right to claim the goods which has been delivered, even in the case of bankrupt.
DISAGREEMENTS
The competent Court of Lodi will be in charge for every kind of disagreements.
The contracts, even if stipulated with foreign buyers and for goods supplied abroad, are governed by the Italian law.
PRICES
Prices have to be intended with no VAT included.
PACKAGING
The packaging cost is included in the price.
CLAIMS
We don’t accept the way back of the goods if not authorised in advance.
Any claims must be made within five days since the receipt of the goods.
RETURNS
The return can only be made after authorization from VB Electric srl has been granted. The goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (DDT) issued by the customer with our form.
The returned goods will be inspected by VB srl staff in accordance with the general sales conditions. For errors or repairs not attributable to VB srl, the shipping or repair costs will be borne by the customer.
WARRANTY
All the items on the catalogue are under guarantee for 12 months.
The warranty does not cover the usury due to the use, failures due to the incorrect assembly or different use than the one indicated in the documents. Compensation for direct or indirect damage is not included.
PAYMENTS
The payments have to be made to V.B. SRL on the established deadlines and in agreed-upon amount.
In the case of delay in the agreed-uponpayments, a late-payment fee will be charged in
the amount of bank interest rates plus 5 points: moreover, in case of non-payment, V.B. SRL can
interrupt further supplies.
DELIVERIES
Delivery terms are not considered binding. Possible delays will not allow any compensation
for direct or indirect damage.
